Vilsack - Cut Iraq Funding

Tom Vilsack is calling for the Congress to use its Constitutional powers to cut funding and stop the war in Iraq.

Vilsack said that Congress has the moral and Constitutional responsibility to tell President Bush "enough". He said that it is time for the troops to come home, that it is clear that the surge would not work.

Vilsack is calling himself the only candidate to call for Congress to use its power to cut off funding.
